Step-by-Step Instructions
From your admin dashboard, go to Folders & Navigation in the main menu. You'll see a list of your site's folders and the pages inside each one.
1 Adding or Removing a Page from Navigation
Open the folder that contains the page you want to manage. Each page has two toggles on the right side:
Controls whether the page is visible to site visitors at all.
Controls whether the page appears in your navigation menu.
Click either toggle to turn it on blue or off gray. Changes take effect immediately — no Save button needed.
2 Reordering Pages Within a Folder
To change the order pages appear in your navigation:
- Open the folder containing the pages you want to reorder.
- Find the page you want to move — you'll see a drag handle (⠿) on the left side of each row.
- Click and drag the page up or down to the position you want.
- Release — the new order is saved automatically.
3 Moving a Page to a Different Folder
You can drag a page from its current folder into any other folder shown at the bottom of the screen. Simply drag the page row downward onto the destination folder name to move it.
